The following terms and conditions are to be adhered to in full. Failure to fully abide by these terms may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of all monies due. We also take fraud very seriously and any attempts to defraud us in any way will result in immediate termination and extreme cases will be punished to the fullest extent of the law.



1. Affiliates will receive an assigned code upon signing up for the affiliate program. That code is used to track all sales to adequately compensate affiliates. The code must be used as provided. Any altering of the code may result in inaccurate tracking and in some cases may constitute fraud. Affiliates are only allowed to use approved advertising banners and materials. Any affiliate wishing to create their own advertising materials must get explicit permission to do so in advance of using any such materials. Not gaining permission to do so may be grounds for termination from the program and forfeiture of any monies due.

2. Payouts will be made weekly on Tuesday for the week before previous. I.e., all earnings from monday to sunday of 1st week would be paid on the Tuesday of the 3rd week. The minimum payout is $100. If the minimum is not reached during the pay period, the amount will be rolled over until minimum is made. We pay out by bank wire transfers, WebMoney, and Fethard. The wire cost is $15. Wire is free for payments above $1000.

3. Affiliates from the following countries are NOT allowed to participate in the affiliate program: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Vietnam.


4. Affiliates may advertise our site via our banners, text links, pop up consoles and full page ads. We will also take double opt-in email traffic. However, we will not pay for spam, or uce (unsolicited commercial email). This includes email, icq, instant messengers, chat rooms, message boards, newsgroups or anywhere else where commercial postings are prohibited. For anyone including us in double opt-in mailers, all mailers must contain a working remove link and should lead to a middle page before reaching our website. If you wish to use your affiliate link directly in a newsletter, then you must get permission from us first.

5. Affiliates may advertise us on adult sites, with the exception of sites containing any of the following: child porn, underage models(real or implied), bestiality and rape. You may not advertise us on any sites or pages containing hate speech, racial overtones or advocating anything that may be illegal or might otherwise reflect negatively on us. Affiliates also may not advertise us on any websites containing hacked passwords, trojan virii, warez, MP3's or file swapping software.

6. Affiliates may not make any unfounded claims about our product, company, website, affiliate program or transactions. Affiliates also may not make any false claims regarding prices.

7. Please keep in mind that we use our own advanced anti-fraud protection system. Your account will be terminated if you try to use any kind of fraud methods and all your details will be reported to the proper agencies

8. Any means of attempting to cheat our program or our customers in any way will result in immediate termination with forfeiture of all monies due. Anyone terminated from our program for non-complaince of our terms will also be unable to participate in any other promotion or affiliate program we own and or operate.
